The Early-in-Career (EiC) community at LebNet supports students and young professionals with five years or less of experience in tech. With over 150 active members across the U.S. and Canada, EiC offers mentorship, networking, and career-building opportunities to help members grow and connect.
Led by a dedicated steering committee, EiC organizes webinars, panels, and community events tailored to early-career needs. We connect members with experienced mentors, collaborate with universities to share job and internship opportunities, and support youth in Lebanon through fellowship and mentorship initiatives.
Our work closely aligns with LebNet’s mission to empower the next generation of Lebanese tech talent and foster global success.
